You may have noticed a couple flyers I’ve posted about tonight’s release show for the new issue of NOTA, my school’s literary and arts publication. This semester they also put together a physical music zine/digital compilation. Here’s the track I contributed. I played synth and sang, then handed it off to Caleb who produced and mixed it. It’s a banger! Make sure to check out my guitarist Addie’s track Tails too. Millions of thanks to my friends Brenna, Brian and the rest of the NOTA crew for organizing this pice of art.

Played a joint set with Caleb this weekend at Homegrown III in Boston. Last month was the first show with Addie on my set, and this was the first more collaborative effort. Haven’t done this kind of thing since being in a band, but for now I feel very reaffirmed in the idea of not playing alone live again. Making art with other people is a real education on self and excercise in trust.
